About Rader Vogel™ Wheels
Since 1946: Rader Vogel™ has been manufacturing Urethane production equipment since 1946. They provide assistance in the production and testing of Vulkollan® and Premium Urethane wheels to assure consistent quality performance. Bayer® assures the end user the right chemical composition and pouring temperature of the Urethanes and Vulkollan® to achieve the proper quality and durometer required.

Vulkollan® / Tractothan®: QC-tested and field-proven to be the superior material for heavy duty applications in automotive, aerospace, heavy production and material handling industries requiring speeds greater than 5 m.p.h. and high load capacities. Vulkollan® / Tractothan® are used in caster wheels, pallet rollers, AGV’s, forklifts, material handling trucks, guide rollers and special rollers, all with precision bearings, as well as large press-ons and drive wheels with keyways.

Quality: Rader Vogel’s quality assurance systems has the strictest controls in all production phases and processes which guarantees their high standard of quality and services, certified to ISO 9001:2000. Complete specifications are available on all products.
