Pevopur Wheels PEVOPUR® Wheels
PEVOPUR® is a high quality polyurethane elastomer. It is, same as VULKOLLAN®, also produced with a hot-casting method – and contrary to cold-cast systems – subjected to a subsequent heat treatment. Among its outstanding mechanical and chemical characteristics are high dynamic load capacity, high elasticity, good compression set and resistance to a multitude of chemical media. Compared to rubber, the load capacity of PEVOPUR® is many times higher. Moreover, it is non-marking. PEVOPUR® is particularly suitable for applications with a lower requirement profile, e.g. manually operated transport equipment (up to 8 km/h (4.8 mph).

Tractopur Wheels TRACTOPUR® Wheels
TRACTOPUR® is a composite material based on high quality polyurethane and is made in the same specific production process developed by us for TRACTOTHAN®.
Therefore TRACTOPUR® has the same improved traction as TRACTOTHAN® and achieves approx. 85 – 90 % of the properties of VULKOLLAN® / TRACTOTHAN®.
Nearly all industrial trucks up to 8 km/h can be equipped with TRACTOPUR®-wheels as a good value alternative.

Pevopur Wheels PEVOSOFT® Wheels
With a hardness of 75° Shore A, this high-quality polyurethane elastomer is suited for all applications where better noise and vibration dampening, high-drive comfort, floor protection or general transport is required. For example, transport of sensitive goods. Among the excellent mechanical and chemical properties are high-dynamic load capacity, high elasticity, good compression set behaviors, resistant to a multitude of chemical agents, high abrasion and cut and tearing resistance. Compared to rubber, the load capacity of PEVOSOFT® is many times higher and is non-marking.

Pevolon Wheels PEVOLON® Wheels
PEVOLON® is a thermoplastic polyamide. Depending on the wheel properties and sizes required, different polyamide granulates are used for production. PEVOLON® wheels are non-marking and are characterized by high abrasion resitance, low rolling resistance and high load capacities. Due to their high melting point, constant operating temperatures of about 80-90°C (176-194°F) do not cause any material deformation. The indicated load capacities apply for standard operating environments (65% relative humidity at 20°C / 86°F ) and ambient temperatures between -40° to +35°C (-40° to + 95°F). In the production of PEVOLON® wheels (standard diameters from 40 - 430 mm / 1.57 - 16.93 in. and standard load capacity up to 2,000 kg / 4400 lbs.) different nylon grades are used according to the wheel properties and sizes required.

Pevothan Wheels PEVOTHAN® Wheels
PEVOTHAN® is a high quality thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) elastomer. Among its outstanding properties are high load capacity, non-marking, high abrasion resistance and good dampening values. PEVOTHAN® is normally resistant to diluted acids and caustic solutions as well as mineral greases and oils. Its temperature resistant ranges from -20°C to +80°C (-4°F to +176°F). Due to its excellent physical, thermal and chemical characteristics, PEVOTHAN® is superior to any standard rubber wheel and consequently recommended for sensitive floor conditions.
PEVOTHAN® wheels (diameter 50 - 200 mm / 1.97 - 7.87 in., load capacity up to 400 kg / 880 lbs.) are non-marking, maintenance-free as well as odour- and tasteless. Starting and rolling resistance are much lower than those of standard rubber.

Pevolastic Wheels PEVOLASTIC® Wheels
PEVOLASTIC® wheels consist of a PEVOLON® core with a chemically bonded non-detachable tread of polyurethane (Desmopon® of Bayer AG, Leverkusen). The outstanding characteristics of Desmopon® are, among others, high load capacity, non-marking property, high abrasive resistance and good noise dampening. Thus, PEVOLASTIC® wheels are elastic and several times more resistant to abrasion than rubber and withstand most chemical media. The temperature resistance ranges from -20°C to +80°C (68°F to 176°F).
PEVOLASTIC® wheels (standard diameters from 100 - 300 mm / 3.93 - 11.81 in. and load capacities from 60 - 1100 kg / 132 - 2420 lbs.) consist of a PEVOLON® centre with a mechanically fixed tread of thermoplastic polyurethane.
