PEVOTHAN® is a high quality thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer. Amoung its outstanding properties are high load capacity, non-marking property, high abrasion resistance and good damping values. PEVOTHAN® is normally resistant to diluted acids and caustic solutions as well as mineral greases and oils. Its temperature resistance ranges from -20º C to +80º C (-4º F to +176º F). Due to its excellent physical, thermal and chemical characteristics, PEVOTHAN® is superior to any standard rubber wheel and consequently specially recommended for sensitive floors.

Electrically conductive PEVOTHAN® is a special material for discharging electrostatic charges. According to the European standards DIN EN 12527 and sqq., the volume resistance value is much less than the value of 104 (10,000) Ohm required.

Electrically conductive PEVOTHAN® is non-marking and the electrical discharging takes place over the entire tread. Owing to the special physical properties of PEVOTHAN®, it is particularly recommended for industries exposed to high risks of explosion with sensitive floors.

PEVOTHAN® wheels are used in areas of dampness, food and environmental industries along with stainless steel bearings in swivel and fixed casters.
