7-90 Series Kingpin / Hot Forged Load Capacity Up to 3500 lbs. • Top Plate: S.A.E. 1045 drop-forged steel • Yoke Base: Large outside diameter yoke base is used when the hub length of wheel is 4-1/2" or greater or when swivel lock option is used • Swivel Load Bearing: 4" diameter, deep grooved ball load raceway with 1/2" steel balls • Thrust bearing is 2-5/8" diameter using 3/8" diameter steel balls. • Legs: 3/8" steel plate, welded inside and out to the yoke base and 3/8" thick rigid top • King Bolt: 1" diameter, heat-treated bolt and nut. • Wheel Bearing: 3-1/4" hub length wheels have 1" straight roller or 3/4" tapered roller bearing. 4-1/4" hub length wheels have 1-1/4" straight roller bearing • Zerk fitting in swivel section • Finish: Zinc plated. 7-90HD Series Kingpin / Forged Steel / Total Lock Load Capacity Up to 3500 lbs. • Single piece forged alloy steel top plate • Integrally forged kingpin • Forged alloy steel fork base • Precision raceways, CNC machined: 4" diameter with 1/2" diameter balls • Secondary load bearing: 1" bore tapered roller bearing for superior swiveling and perfect swivel head alignment • Integrally forged 1" diameter kingpin UNF threaded with slotted nut arrangement for fine adjustment of swivel movements • 3/8" x 3" legs cylindrically formed & robotically welded inside and outside to 2-1/2" fork spacing • Finish: Bright zinc plated or polymer painted (black) • Top Plate Size: 90 Click here for complete specifications

7-90K/DW Series Kingpinless / Dual Wheel Load Capacity Up to 7000 lbs. • Raceway Design: Patented Kingpinless single ball bearing precision machined raceway hardened to 53 Rockwell C. minimum. • Swivel Section: Features a 3" diameter raceway with 1/2" ball bearings. • Notched yoke is standard • Wheels: Wheels are available with either 1" roller bearings which rotate on hardened and ground spanner bushings or 3/4" tapered bearings that rotate on the axle. 7-90SA Series Kingpin / Shock Absorbing Load Capacity Up to 1500 lbs. • Load Springs: Maximum rated capacity loads will deflect wheel approximately 3/4".
